The First Black Owned Gun Range in South Jersey

Hello my name is Ethan Stephens. I am currently raising money to open the first Black Owned Sport Shop and Gun Range in Southern New Jersey. This shop will be an all-inclusive safe space for everyone in the community no matter if you are a professional, entrepreneur, or homemaker you will be welcomed and treated with respect and dignity. I am asking for incentivized monetary contributions, donations, or investments. 1. The activities/services that will be available are as follows: self and home defense training, education on state and federal gun laws, and firearms safety. Firearms, crossbows, accessories, and apparel will also be for sale within the shop. Starting off it will be an outdoor range because the $500,000 price tag on an indoor range will need some work to obtain. With an outdoor range however, there aren't as many restrictions on the firearms allowed to be utilized (rifle and shotgun training). Im also choosing an outdoor range so for the more advanced shooter real world senerios can be available. Lastly, there's a better air quality given the current covid pandemic.  2. Smaller contributors will be offered free apparel ($50 max), medium contributors will receive apparel and membership discounts, and large contributors will receive both as well as a share. 3. I am NRA certified, I also have my FID. I have to obtain the land before I can request my FFL license because you can not sell firearms and ammunition out of your residence in NJ.  If you would like proof of any of these items I will happily show you.
