Run from Hereford to London

I am going to be running from Hereford to London hethrow. My aim will be to do this within 48 hours.

I will be raising money for The FirstLight Trust which helps in Rebuilding the lives of Veterans and Emergency Service personnel and their families within the community especially those affected by physical wounds and injury, post traumatic stress disorder and psychological issues of disempowerment resulting from service life. Join me in making a difference by supporting a good cause! Really hope we can raise some more money to help them continue and further there good work in the Hereford Community. Also be sure to drop in to the local cafe Hereford hub to say hello they are located by the Green Dragon in Broad Street for some cake and coffee.

Th following donations would contribute as follows 

£10 - will provide food parcels and meal needs

£15 - will provide 30 mins of counselling to support mental well bieng

£20 - wil support the organizational of quiz nights to help with loneliness

£30 - will support the allocation of bed and breakfast accommodations to proven homelessness

£50 - offers half a day support work refusing isolation

£100 - offers a whole. Day of support work reducing isolation, loneliness, homelessness and supporting mental health and wellbeing.
