We are Eliza and Jessie, the ladies behind The Fizzy Filly Bar LLC. We have recently bought a beautiful vintage 1950's English Rice box horse trailer and are converting it into a mobile bar. Our mission is to develop a unique boutique bar service that shakes up the more traditional hospitality industry. We want it to as much fun as it is functional, providing a service that enhances our clients, and guests experiences. We aim to elevate the traditional bar set up at private events, weddings, parties, horse shows and other sporting and local events. Our goal is to grow our business and create a "fleet" of converted boxes to accommodate other areas besides the Hudson Valley.
