The Flock takes Flight

HELLO!! We are the Poly-Western Marching Flock from Baltimore, MD. We are raising money to attend the Peach Bowl in Atlanta, Georgia. This trip is essential because ever since the band programs combined in 1996, this is the only overnight trip the band has experienced. Mr. Queen, the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute director, is a Morgan State University alumni. Ms. Hairston, the band director for Western High School, is an alumnus of Western High School and Hampton University. This trip will help broaden our student's horizons because most have them have not been past the state of Virginia. Most students first joined the marching band last year and have been putting in the extra work to be phenomenal since then. Due to Covid, we did a lot of rebuilding with the band, and this experience will be the best gift to our talented students. Please help make this dream come true for our marching band and outstanding students.
