The Florida International University Sailing Club

Hi. My name is Mattia Marsi, I'm one of the board members of the Florida International University (FIU) Sailing Club.

As a new club at FIU one of the struggles we have is raising enough money to support our club. Especially in regards to sailing, which is traditionally viewed as an expensive sport.

We want to rewrite that narrative and show that sailing is more accessible than most people think. To do that we need your help.

The money raised in this fundraiser will go towards setting up a fleet of 6 FJ's that we are sourcing from another university. These boats will be used to get people invested in recreational sailing in addition to preparing a competetive team.
