The food bank on behalf of the Salvation Army.
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Paul Lincoln. I'm 67 years old and have been involved in the boxing world for over 55 years. I've enjoyed every moment in the sport. As a youngster, I boxed for Repton ABC and at the international level.
Now, I’m raising money on behalf of Ore Primary Academy School for the Salvation Army food bank in Hastings, on November 27th, in support of Bachir 'Bash' Fakhouri's young daughter. I’ll be attempting to hit a punch bag non-stop for 3 hours (no breaks). Anyone who has worked on a punch bag knows this is no easy task—my best time to date is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
I will need every ounce of fitness, concentration, and determination to get through this challenge, which is more than double my longest bag record.
The event will take place at Bishop's Stortford Boxing/Rugby Club, Silver Leys, Hadham Rd, Bishop's Stortford CM23 2QE, starting at 3 pm. Doors will open to the public from 4:30 pm onwards, and you’re welcome to come along!
I kindly ask you to give whatever amount you can realistically afford to help as many people as possible.
Your donations for this great cause would be very much appreciated, as they’ll help those in need of food.
Thank you in advance for your support.
Kindest regards,
Paul
