The Foster Care System
Donation protected
My name is Zion Clark, I was born in Columbus, Ohio and I spent the first 17 years of my life in the foster care system bouncing around from home to home. I suffered severe abuse, starvation and neglect from a lot of families as I bounced around between 9 different homes. This was a recipe for disaster which caused me to have a lot of built anger and frustration. I was told I was never good enough to have a family of my own and I didn't deserve love.
My goal is to create awareness around the problem, and help reform the foster care system to give these kids the hope I didn't have. I don't want any kid to have to suffer what I went through so my goal is to make positive change and shed light on the system that needs major change. Children are the future of this world, it starts with improving their lives and giving them a chance at life.
The funds will be used to provide foster care children with everyday necessities such as clothing, educational classes, and sporting equipment. The more funds I'm able to raise, the more children we'll be able to help. No donation is too small, and if you're not able to donate, please spread the word so that we can reach more people together.
