The Foster's, Zach, Hannah, Zeke and Zayn

Hello, my name is Taunya, l am setting up this fundraiser for my daughter and her family. The following is their story. We thank you for any and all donations.

Hello everyone, we would like to introduce ourselves, we are Hannah and Zach Foster. We truly appreciate you taking the time to read our story. We are now a Family of four, Zeke our first born (5yrs old) and Zayn our rainbow baby (6 days old) who unfortunately is living in the Oishei Children’s Hospital NICU in Buffalo NY. A little bit about his journey, throughout my pregnancy Zayn was measuring extremely small <1% for gestational age. Zach and l had to start traveling back and forth to Buffalo, NY, from Pa every week for tests and check ups for 15 weeks, since February. Then closer to the end going twice a week, this put a huge strain on our family financially. We've had many roadblocks throughout the pregnancy and in-utero, that unfortunately, meant Zayn needed to be delivered early. Zayn was born May 26th at 8:29pm putting him at 35 weeks. He weighed 3lbs 5oz. Throughout his stay at the NICU he has been dealing with low platelet counts, extremely low blood glucose, and now possibly an issue with his intestines causing them to cease his feedings until they figure out what’s causing the issue. Every day is a new hurdle our precious boy has to jump over. So far we are told Zayn will have to stay in the NICU until his actual due date; June 25th. That is all dependent on how quickly he grows and can be self sufficient without the help of IV, heat etc…they said every baby is different so the timeline is day by day right now. We are in it for the long haul.

We are raising funds for our family to help us cover travel expenses (as l have to travel back home for my follow up appointments after having a cesarean), medical cost, food, bills etc… Any amount you're willing to contribute is so greatly appreciated, and if you aren't able to contribute money at this time, a share with your friends and family
