fundraiser for Jay and Erin

Hi my name is Heather. This fundraiser is for my dear friends Erin and Jay and their 3 children.

Jay had a massive heart attack very recently and sadly is not doing well. Jay is being transferred from Kelowna General to St Pauls in Vancouver .

Jay is 48 and has worked as a truck driver, logger and most recently at the mine in Princeton. He is a very loving father and husband. Erin is a stay at home mom as she is a caregiver for their daughter with special needs.

This is a family that will do anything in their power to help out anyone who needs it. They are very much a beautiful, kind and generous couple Erin and Jay.

Any funds would help pay bills, help Erin go back and forth to St.Pauls, gas, lodging,purchase groceries etc

Erin and the kids are extremely distraught and devestated at this time understandably.
