The Front Steps Project // Seattle

I’m participating in #thefrontstepsproject, photographing faces during a time we might not see them in passing. It’s an opportunity to spread joy while bringing us together (virtually) despite being isolated.

Families getting their portraits taken are encouraged to donate to the Boys & Girls Club of King County, a non-profit that is currently serving the children of first responders and essential personnel who are relying on them for childcare. Any donation will help make an impact.

Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is a safe, affordable, and fun place for kids and teens during critical out-of-school time. We provide after-school programs; summer and holiday day camps; and leadership and service opportunities for teens through volunteerism. The Club serves 25,000 kids each year, extending reduced fees and scholarships to those in need. Club activities center on our three key outcome areas: academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles.
