The Gasper's IVF Journey Fund

As many of you know, we have had the desire to expand our family for several years, but we knew that we would need the help of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) in order to make that a reality. We are grateful that IVF is an option for us, but it is quite overwhelming both emotionally and financially. We are asking for your support in both of these areas. We would appreciate all prayers/well wishes/good vibes sent our way as well as any donations that you are able to give in order to help make our dream come true. 

We were recently informed that insurance would not be covering any of the treatment and the out of pocket expense is going to be approximately $29,000. These fees have to be paid before the treatment begins and we are hoping to start this process as soon as possible.

The breakdown of costs:
·      $2,000 is for pre-treatment testing, bloodwork and baseline scans
·      $5,000-8,000 is for medications to prepare for the egg retrieval
·      $600 is for the anesthesia used during the egg retrieval procedure
·      $20,200 is for the IVF cycle, which includes the egg retrieval procedure, fertilization and monitoring, testing, growth in the embryology lab and embryo transfer.
