Glynda King will be remembered as a beautiful person inside and out, an incredible music teacher who left a lasting impact on every student who crossed her path, and a gifted accompanist who shared her talents throughout the Rockwall community and in weekly services at her church for decades. To honor her memory and continue her legacy of music education, her family has established this scholarship with Rockwall Music Teachers Association. Scholarships shall be awarded to deserving students who demonstrate excellence and accomplishment in their piano studies, high academic achievement, and ongoing service within the Rockwall community.
