The Graingers

The Grainger’s need our support.

For those of you who don’t know, this past week our lovely Kate has been diagnosed with Grade 3 Triple negative breast cancer.

Kate is a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister friend and all round fantastic human … she is also currently 37 weeks pregnant. She is 1400km away from home awaiting the arrival of their third precious baby.

In what was meant to be a blissful time down south with her family, has quickly changed and their reality has been flipped on it’s head.

The Grainger’s have been inundated with messages of love and offerings of help- however with their home base being in Newman there are a number of logistical challenges. We have set up this go fund me to provide support for the ongoing costs of Kate’s accomodation, flights, meals and care as she goes through her vigorous treatment in the coming months.

With three children under 4 years old and Kate & Joel’s support network scattered all over the country this money will help those who are far away, take off some of the financial pressures in the coming months to ensure the Grainger’s can remain together in this difficult time.
