TripleCrownunder Grand Master Australia

Hi, my name is Thibault and I’m an ultra-distance runner. I grew up in France but have made Australia my home the last few years and I’m happy to say I am now an Australian permanent resident.

My running journey began during my first few years living in Australia… it was the beginning of 2018 and I suddenly made the decision to give up smoking, this lead me to start running as a distraction and I haven’t looked back since!

Over the last few years I have completed many races from marathons to 100kms to 100miles and my desire to keep pushing my limits continues.

This year I set myself a crazy goal of going for the title of Triple Crownunder Grand Master.

The Triple Crownunder Grand Master consists of completing 3x 200mile races within a calendar year.

For Australia, the races are:

• The Delirious WEST 200 miler February 2024,

• The Irrational SOUTH 200 miler April 2024,

• The Unreasonable EAST 200 miler August 2024

I am now proud to say I completed my goal and even managed to reach podium on all which was a big bonus! These races were an amazing adventure and I really want to share my experiences. I’m looking to create a documentary about my running journey over this challenge and I will hire a videographer who can help me put it all together. Any funds received will go towards paying the videographer.
