The Hanshaw Family Support Fund

Hello, my name is Alanna Pautsch. I am starting this GoFundMe on behalf of Joel Hanshaw and his family. His wife Kristen announced today: "It is with a heavy heart that I share our family’s new journey. Joel has been diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Chemo is starting on Monday. We’ve had a lot of support and offers to help, we are so grateful and blessed to have such wonderful friends, family, and coworkers. Natalie, Brandon and Meredith don’t know that Joel has cancer, only that he’s resting a lot and not feeling well, please keep that in mind when texting/calling."

The money raised in this fund will go to the family directly to help pay for medical bills, household bills, education for their three exceptional children and any other needs they may have during this stressful time.

I have known Joel since 7th grade, and many of you have known him longer. Among many other things, Joel is a loving father & husband and a loyal friend. During this battle with cancer, he is undertaking, he and his family will need all of the support they can get. If you are interested in donating here, please do so.
