The Healing Journey Continues - Sarah Michelle

On Monday August 9th 2021, I walked into my primary care doctors office without a prior appointment but I insisted on a breast exam because I had experienced on a couple of occasions feeling like my breast were on fire

After the breast exam, my doctor said they felt a lump in my left breast and provided me a referral to get an ultrasound

I went for the ultrasound at GW Breast Center on Friday August 13th and in addition to the ultrasound they performed a mammogram prior to which they said was abnormal

Because of the abnormal mammogram, I was asked to come back on Wednesday August 18th for a Biopsy

At 1:15pm on Wednesday August 25th 2021, I received the call that no woman wants to get and the results of The Prior Week's Biopsy, the doctor said the words that NO WOMAN wants to hear. We have found - Cancer.

Immediately I heard the song ring in my Spirit: and whatever My Lot, Thou has taught me to say: IT IS WELL, IT IS WELL with My Soul

The Lord said: Focus on the Purpose of this and I will HANDLE the Pain

My Healing Journey

I am owning my Healing Journey

On Sunday August 29th, spent the day with a Dear Friend who has experienced VICTORY in her Journey against cancer. I went to encourage and be with her and she poured such a great deal into me. GOD IS FAITHFUL - it’s a #TribeCheck

On Monday August 30th, I met with my Primary Care Physician at 10am. I then headed to GW Breast Center for my 1pm MRI

After the MRI, I sat down with the Director of The Breast Center to discuss their findings of the pathology report and she indicated that she believed it to be Triple Negative and aggressive and suggests beginning chemo ASAP

Next meeting was Tuesday September 7th, with the Breast Surgeon

She will now speak with the Oncology Department to ensure her recommendations are in alignment with what they would like to be the next steps

We MUST not drown in the emotion of the moment

This is my Healing Journey - IT SHALL BE A DOCUMENTED MIRACLE

Embrace your Humanity but always PIVOT into your Spirit Man - in my weakness His Strength is made perfect

Surgery took place on September 30th to remove what the doctors saw as a mass in my Left Breast and to remove some Lymph Nodes

After Surgery, the Surgeon called my husband and said we are astonished that we found no cancer in her Lymph Nodes

Cancer knocked on my door. God opened the door with my TRIBE of Angels and Prayer Warriors. Pity doesn’t live here, a FIGHTER does. Thank you for your prayers and messages of encouragement.

Ladies make sure you get your mammogram every year and multiple times in a year if you feel the need! If you FEEL something, SAY Something. I had not been feeling well for more than a year and I kept asking my doctors to run FULL Battery of tests. The medical director at my primary care physicians office said: Sarah, THANK YOU for Self Advocating. You kept pushing us telling us that something was off in your body.

In the midst of it all, my heart is still filled with gratitude.

MY FAITH HAS AN ASSIGNMENT - Sarah Michelle Speaks

I will not receive from ANY human being a diagnosis that does not line up with the Word of God concerning my Life that includes doctors. What I will do is EMBRACE My Healing Journey and I ADMONISH you to do the same

We all need HEALING from Something. Be it: emotional, mental, spiritual, financial, relational, physical. No 1 human being is exempt from needing the HEALING Touch from GOD
