The Hemauer family

Hello, my name is Andrea Foor and I am fundraising for my sister’s family, The Hemauer’s.

Late at night on January 9, 2023 my sisters family lost their house and everything they owned in a fire. It was an electrical fire that started in the garage and quickly consumed the whole house. We are incredibly thankfully the entire family got out in time. The Hemauer’s are a family of four that include, Shannon Hemauer of Shannon Hemauer photography. Shannon is also a United States, Air Force veteran. My brother-in-law, Brooks Hemauer of Hemauer Brewing Company and their two sons, Collin age 12 and Ian age 10.

Shannon and Brooks are business owners and currently are at a full stop with their work. Shannon lost her camera and photo editing computer in the fire and with no electricity currently supplied to their house, Brooks cannot continue brewing at this time.

I am asking for donations to aid in helping the family with expenses due to them being homeless. Please consider donating to the Hemauer family. Funds donated will be used for temporary housing expenses, transportation until they are able to obtain new vehicles. Basic needs that includes clothing, all family members only have the clothing they were wearing at the time of the fire, the boys didn’t even have shoes on when they exited the house. Other needs include toiletries, food, book bags, school supplies, Etc.

The Hemauer’s are incredibly grateful for any donations that can be given at this time. Trust me when I say they do realize it’s a hard time for everyone, not just them. Shannon and Brooks would also like to say thank you to everyone that has reached out in the past 24 hours with family, community and friends, giving them hope for better days to come.
