33 year old dad, losing battle against Leukemia

The Hernandez family needs your help!

 I am setting this up for a close family friend

Joaquin Hernandez Caballero is a caring, compassionate and hard working man. He has worked so many hours per week to support his family before he was diagnosed with leukemia (cancer of the blood). This devastating disease has affected him and his entire family since he can no longer work and provide for them. He has been hospitalized multiple times and is currently at Westchester Medical Center fighting for his life. Joaquin is extremely ill and fragile; he continues to fight this losing battle as he becomes weaker with each passing day. His cancer is very advanced at this point. As of recently, doctors told him there is nothing more that they can do to help him.

Unfortunately, his family has to spend the holidays without him at home. His wife has been struggling trying to work in order to support their family, be at home for her children and be at the hospital for him.
