The Hock family wishes to thank everyone for the continued support. An open house is being held to celebrate Bryan's life. Please join us to share stories and memories at 233 Old State Road, Millville on June 7, 2024 from 4:00-7:00 pm.

After receiving the life-changing gift of double lungs on August 28, 2019, on Friday, January 12, 2024, Bryan was able to reciprocate his own gifts. He was able to offer his kidneys, liver, and various tissues to more than one desperate family.

Bryan relished those four beautiful years with his family and friends, breathing easy, making memories, and living life unencumbered by treatments.

He was beloved in all communities he was a part of: field hockey, his care teams, his work, his home town, his lifelong friends, but most of all, his family.

Bryan's kids have grown old enough to have real, lasting memories and cherished traditions with their dad as a healthy, vibrant, loving father. We're going to win that Christmas Light decoration contest for ya next year, Bryan! Maybe we'll get the borough to have a Halloween contest in your honor!

Your presence on Earth is cherished by so many. Your legacy lives-not only through the countless research studies that helped those with CF live longer lives, your organ recipients who gain extra time with their loves ones, the medical students who study your case file and learn how to provide even better treatments, but mostly with your two children.

You have given me the best parts of you, and I will cherish them as I cherish you. Thank you for this beautiful life. Your inspiration. Your resilience. Your unyielding commitment. Your love.
