The Homeless of Ashtabula

Our goal is to be a safe and calm steppingstone for people experiencing homelessness. Our mission is making Ashtabula a safe place by taking people off the streets and providing them with basic care.

We are a nonprofit and we are not a 501(c)(3).

We are looking for donations towards utilities; gas, electric, and water. We are also looking for donations for cots and to fund staffing.

Helping keep the Warming Center open allows upwards of 70(+) people a day to take care of their basic needs such as eating, sleeping, and hygiene. The center offers laundry, showers, food, clothes, applications for jobs, and more.

Tracy- “Gave me a place to lay my head and gave me clothes. Chance to sit down to talk someone when I need it.”

Keith- “I’m not sleeping in the rain, I’m out of the weather. I was tied into medical resources thanks to this place.”

The Warming Center is a valuable resource for this community and impacts the lives of a large portion of our community daily. We hope you come to visit and support our fight to aid the homeless.
