In December of 2022, our beloved Nolan was diagnosed with a rare brain cancer - a diagnosis that has completely turned his and his family’s world upside down. 

Over the past year and a half, Nolan has bravely endured unimaginable challenges in his fight against this disease. He has traveled across the country multiple times for treatment, undergone 3 separate brain surgeries, 2 rounds of radiation, chemotherapy, participated in 2 clinical trials, and has had to endure over a dozen MRIs, hundreds of needle pokes, extensive physical and occupational therapy, and countless doctor’s appointments.

Despite these hardships, Nolan continues to inspire us all with his resilience, strength, and smile.

Over the course of this journey,  Lauren and John have spent well over $100,000 on uncovered medical expenses battling this disease and ensuring Nolan receives the best care possible.

To make matters even more challenging, Nolan takes a medication that costs the family an additional $10,000 every month, which is not covered by insurance. As you can imagine, the financial strain on his parents has been immense, on top of the emotional weight they carry every day. 

We are raising funds to help offset the overwhelming medical expenses they face. These donations will allow Nolan’s family to continue providing him with the best possible treatment, make some home improvements aimed at creating a more comfortable and supportive environment for Nolan as he continues his treatment, and give them the financial flexibility to create lasting, meaningful memories with Nolan and Cameron during this unimaginably difficult time. Although they’ve tried not to lean on their community, there comes a time that we need to lend our support.
