The Huanaco family

On June 19th, 2021 our family was driving to a birthday party. Before we could get there a drunk driver collided into our car. The drunk driver fled from the scene but was detained after the police were informed of where she was hiding. It was discovered she was going over 80 miles per hour and had multiple previous driving violations. Due to this devastating incident we lost our 8 year old girl Katelyn and our 10 year old Destiny. Ashley, our 13 year old, is in critical condition and intubated with 50% possibility of not being able to walk and will need extensive physical therapy. Thankfully Sean, our 4 year old, is awake and alert but still recovering from his injuries. My sister and I have been discharged from the hospital with minor injuries.
