The Immersion Project
Donation protected
This year, I have decided to run The Immersion Project at The Trinity Catholic School where I teach. The project involves taking a small number of staff/students to India to work with young children who are suffering from the effects of extreme poverty. The majority of our time will be spent teaching the most vulnerable children in the world, and working with NGOs to support various groups in any way that we can.
The money raised will provide:
- Travel and accommodation for those involved
- Resources for the local community
- Vaccines
If you would like more information in relation to our finances/how funds raised will be used, please do not hesitate to ask.
The trip is endorsed by The Edmund Rice Network, an organisation close to my heart, who work each day to try and better the lives of young people across the globe. Their aim is to create strong networks across various nations - to improve the quality of life for as many as possible.
Times are extremely tough for everyone. If you can afford to give even a small amount, all donations of all sizes are appreciated! And I am always looking for others to support in our fundraising, as we have such a vast amount to raise (~£28,000). Please message me if you think you are able to support in any way shape or form!
