The Isolation Centurion

In uncertain times, we are all faced with multiple challenges in which we are affected physically and mentally. There are those who have struggled with this beforehand. Over 80 men in England and Wales take their own life every week. With the current situation, it is not known if this will increase. Mindstep Foundation was created on behalf of my nephew Max, who lost his battle with depression in August 2018. Suicide is a hugely complex and sensitive topic, Mindstep focuses on funding research for mental health, support and awareness.
