The Jacobson family experienced a garage fire very early Saturday morning, destroying the contents of the garage, including their handicap van.

Around 3:45 am, a Door Dasher (shout out to that guy!) noticed flames coming from the garage and 911 was called. Thankfully, everyone was able to evacuate the house safely and the fire was contained to the garage only. The cause of the fire is still unkown.

If you know John, then you know that the garage was filled with all of his tools for all of his projects. That alone is a loss. The biggest loss, though, is that of their handicap van. That is their only way to transport their son, Lucas, to and from appointments, family gatherings, and social opportunities.

Nikki, John, and the kids put so much love and kindness out into the world, we'd love to see it returned to them in their time of need.
