The Johnson family rebuild their lives after fire

On July 30th, the Johnson family was forced to evacuate their home and then watch, as it and all of their possessions were destroyed by fire. Thankfully, and with no small part due to the brave actions of the Murray Fire Department, all family members, including 4 fur babies were able to walk away from this tragedy.

Meet the Johnsons: Cori is a carpet and flooring installer while Donna is a stay-at-home mom.

Aaliyah is the oldest of three siblings at 20 years old and keeps herself busy as a Junior on scholarship at the University of Utah.

Isaiah is 18, enjoys football, recently graduated from Murray High, and likes to help his dad coach his little brother when he’s not working at his dad’s shop.

Elijah is the youngest at 11 years old, plays football while his dad and brother coach, and loves to play Madden online.

The kids unanimously agree that their favorite things to do as a family are going to dinner followed by a movie or hiking in the mountains.

Lady, Pumpkin, Sammy, and Snow White mostly like to snuggle with their humans and their favorite part of the day is dinner.

This fundraiser is a centralized platform to help the Johnsons begin their road to rebuilding as they lost all possessions but the clothes on their back in this devastation.

The Johnsons are extremely grateful to have each other safe and sound, the Murray Fire Department for their dedicated actions, and all those who donate to help them in the next chapter of their story.
