The kindest foster parents I ever had!

Hello, my name is Bruce. And i would like to tell you a story about when I was 13.

Many years ago, I was placed in foster care. The first home I went to was a single woman in my home town. She hated me and within a couple months she accused me of doing things I didn't do and kicked me out then called the police on me.

Then I had to move to bemidji, mn. I don't think id ever even been there before. Darwin and Bonnie Keywitsch didn't have extra. They didn't have an overabundance of money to share around. They had one other room in their house for a young man that nobody wanted. They welcomed me in and for the first time in my life, I felt like I belonged in the house I lived in.

They showed me what it was like to be loved and cared for. I never experienced that again.

These people did foster care for many years. All while both holding down jobs, they raised kids that were not their own and changed the lives of many. When they got older and had to retire, the government started taking everything from them. They spent years helping children, and now cannot afford to feed themselves or pay their bills.

I understand that with the economy the way it is, that not alot of us have extra. These people don't have the minimum. Please help them.

I would like to say as well that I am now over 30 years old and haven't lived with them for almost 20 years. I, or anyone else, in no way benefit from this. It is solely for Bonnie and Darwin!
