Memorial Fund for Jim Kogut

Last Tuesday the Kogut family suddenly and tragically lost the patriarch of their family, Jim Kogut. He died suddenly leaving his family devastated and in shock. During this nightmare, the family requested to have an autopsy done to have some closure. The Chester County coroners office made this time of grief even more difficult by not allowing an autopsy. In search of any form of closure, the family was forced to hire a private company to perform the autopsy. This is a huge out-of-pocket cost that the Kogut’s could have never anticipated. If you knew Jim, then you knew his loving, caring spirit. Whether you met him once or had the privilege to know him well, he immediately treated you like family. I created this fundraiser to help the family during this tough time and ease their burdens. Any money raised here will go directly to paying for his autopsy and memorial services.
