Help the Laviolette's with medical & travel cost

Hi, my name is Carole Landry and i created this Go Fund Me page to help with the cost of traveling, medical and unforceen expenses the Laviolette family will be going through.

What started off as a simple cough, going to see his doctor to check for possible pneumonia ended up getting the news that no parents want. On March 6th Alexandre was flown to IWK for a biopsy and more testing. On Tuesday March 12th is when they received the devastating news, and he was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. As you can imagine this is every parents worse nightmare. Alex will have a long road ahead of him, but the prognosis is good. His treatments will remain at the IWK due to some issues with treatment. This means they will need to travel for treatments every 3 weeks and for appointments in between.

We are raising funds to help ease the burden on Melissa and Jacques who will be traveling back and forth to Halifax, taking time away from work and incurring many unforeseen costs such travel, day to day expenses while at IWK and medications.
