The Le Coeur Ukrainian Welcome Circle
Donation protected
The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops' Department of Migration and Refugee Services, together with dioceses across the country, is helping to welcome displaced families to the United States through Welcome Circles.
The Welcome Circle at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Oberlin, OH, has taken the name "The Le Coeur Ukrainian Welcome Circle." We have sponsored a Ukrainian family of four: parents with two children (son, age 15; daughter, age 13) who have settled in Parma, OH.
Funds raised through this GoFundMe campaign will be used for items such as (but not exclusive to):
• clothing
• personal needs, such as phones, school costs/tuition/supplies/uniforms
• apartment rent
• everyday and/or emergency expenses
• insurance (renters/auto)
Any funds raised that are not expended for our Welcome Circle family will be shared with other area Welcome Circles in the Diocese of Cleveland that are helping immigrant families.
