The Lemon Family

As many of you know Chance has recently been admitted to the ICU at Rady’s Children’s.

Amanda is a single mom and Chance is the love of her life. Due to a freak medical situation he is currently hospitalized with no prognosis and has lost his vision in his right eye. For now what we know is he has the flu, pneumonia and a blood clot. Amanda is at the bedside to be there for her son however, medical bills, meals at the hospital even the cost of parking is taking time away from her being with her son. We’re asking for all of the support that you could potentially give for Amanda and Chance so Amanda can be with her son during this terrible time and provide the greatest support without the worry of money.

During this difficult time Chance’s Aunt Katherine Lemon is caring for Amanda’s daughter full time. She brings Maddie to visit Mom daily and will also be helping manage this page with updates. Along with helping manage our gofundme page Katherine will also be in charge of managing the money and withdrawals and making sure Chance and Amanda have everything they need.
