The Lepe Family

Hi, my name is Kristen Stewart and I am a neighbor and friend of this beautiful family. On the morning of January 13th, a car traveling Westbound on Heil Avenue lost control of their vehicle and crashed into their home and right into the master bedroom where Julianne happened to be changing Jack’s diaper. Thank God she was less than 5 feet from the impact of the car ramming through their bedroom wall. And thank goodness no one at the home was injured either.

However, the damage to the home is to the point where it’s not safe or live-able and thus the city had to yellow tag it. They are having to pack up immediately and uproot their children and family so suddenly. We are hoping to help alleviate some of their financial burden that they are enduring with the loss of some their belongings and to help get them back on their feet while they are searching for a place to call home again.
