The life of Monique M Esser a proud naval veteran
Donation protected
My mom, Monique was a proud Navy veteran. She used to program tomahawk cruise missiles. When she was in the Navy she worked for the Pentagon and loved the navy life. She is preceded in death by three children, Albert, Amber, and Alivia and 10 grandchildren. She loved having a garden and being outdoors. She loves decorating her Christmas tree with more ornaments than you could even stand. She was a beautiful person with a beautiful soul who passed way too soon. I’ve never started a go fund me before but I didn’t realize that I funeral would be so expensive. Apparently funeral expenses happen all at once, and you cannot make payments. Leaving me to wonder how I’m going to cover the cost. I don’t want to just put her in a box in the ground. I want her to have everything she deserves, and a beautiful sendoff to the next life. The funeral home told me I have 3 to 5 days to figure out which kind of burial I wish to chose. Maybe a few additional days. Obviously I want her to have the best but I don’t think that’s in reach so at the very minimum I feel like she deserves a proper burial, and a nice casket in the Fort Custer cemetery in Augusta, Michigan. Services with burial and viewing same day with a 5 min graveside service at fort Custer plus military honors, using their space there’s no charge
Obituary, funeral service 1 hour visitation day of or separate day is 8325$ plus a 1200$ casket for the bare minimum casket. I just really could use any help or just simply prayers to give this veteran the honor she deserves.
