Please help the Lingnau Family with their home

Hi my name is Brittany Lingnau I am starting this fundraiser to ask for some help. On Monday 1/8/23 at 11 pm a 100 ft tree came into our home smashing through the roof/wall. Our bed was right where it was hit & we had huge pieces of wood along with a very large mirror come down on top of William & myself along with a piece of wood landing on our daughter. We are so thankful we walked away untouched besides a nice size gash on wills nose. The angels where around us that night & I fully believe that after seeing the after math & the extent of damage that was done to our home & around our home. We had four huge trees fall around us. The one that struck our house, one struck William truck but thankfully it only dented his tool box in the bed of the truck, one fell in between our buildings & one about 50 feet away that caused some damage to my moms carport where her storage trailer is .It was a sight I had never seen coming back once it was day light to find the aftermath of what happened just 8 hours earlier to us. I’m starting this gofund me so we can get some help so that we can fix what was damaged. We live off grid on my mom and her husband’s property. They built this for us so we could live with them out on their land & continue to renovate & make this our home. Unfortunately it was never put on their insurance so we have to figure the repairs out ourselves. They don’t have the extra cash to fix this & neither do we right now. I have a full time job along with two other jobs I do outside of my full time job & William also works full time. We aren’t asking for a hand out but a hand up. This disaster obviously wasn’t planned like most things that happen this way and just want to fix our home so we can proceed with our plan this summer to finish attaching the building. Building more walls/rooms for each of the kids. On top of fixing our home we also need to remove alot of trees so that this can’t happen again. If you can help at all our family would greatly appreciate it. Anything helps. Please continue to pray for us this was a very traumatic experience for all of us & it’s going to be a lot for our family in the days ahead.
