The Livermore Family
Donation protected
We, the Brock-Burrum Saints Football Netball Club, are raising money for one of our own, Life Member, Brianna Livermore and her family.
Brianna was first diagnosed with melanoma in 2017 at the age of 25. Beginning as a mole on her leg which she was born with, what followed included surgical and medical intervention. Following these treatments, she was declared cancer-free and in complete remission. Unfortunately, in 2022, Brianna was diagnosed again with Advanced Metastatic Melanoma skin cancer. She began her ongoing battle dealing with immunotherapy, experimental clinical trials, chemotherapy and radiation. Until now, Brianna's journey had been full of highs and lows.
On the 7th May 2024, her scan revealed that she had only one tumor left in her body, which was responding to treatment. However, circumstances changed drastically at a follow-up scan on 26th June 2024. This scan revealed that her cancer had developed aggressively, spreading to nearly all bone mass in her body. Despite the valiant efforts of the staff at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, there was nothing more that could be done. Brianna has been given 3-6 months to live.
Currently, Brianna is 32 years old. She will be survived by her wonderful and supportive husband and her two boys, aged 12 and 8. It is our hope that our fund-raised money can help lighten the weight that her family will bear.
Please let's all rally together to help support this amazing Saints family.
