Help the Lockwood's replace items lost in fire.

Hello friends and family,

As some of you may know, my sister Jessica and my brother-in-law Rick Lockwood recently experienced a traumatic house fire on 5/14/2023.

After cooking a Mother's day dinner and winding down for the night, their evening was disrupted with the smell of smoke and flames. A rouge ember from the grill settled on the deck and eventually engulfed the back and side of their home in flames.

In sheer panic, they grabbed their 15 month old daughter who was sleeping in her room within inches of the fire. Thankfully, Rick, Jess, Reagan, and their dog Parli escaped without any injuries. However, they have to be displaced from their home for the next 90 + days as well as begin to replace all of their belongings due to smoke and fire damage.

Anyone who knows Rick and Jess know they are the most generous, kind and gracious people. Not only towards family and friends, but to their community. Knowing these two, they aren't so much worried about the material damage, but the invaluable memories they've made as a couple and new family of 3.

I know it will be difficult for them to accept the help/funds from others, but I firmly believe this is not about accepting help or money. It's simply all of us coming together to support and extend that same compassion to them as they do to others!

Even if you're not in a position to donate, positive thoughts and prayers are also appreciated. They not only have a long journey ahead of them, but will need time to process this traumatic event.
