The IRISH Contingent of IRISHPOLBATT deployed to SOUTH LEBANON in NOV 19. We will complete our mission on 19 MAY 20 when we return to IRELAND.
Between 01 APR 20 and 19 MAY 20, soldiers in the Battalion will run an average of 100km a day for charity, to count down the 4,728km and 48 days we are away from home.
All proceeds will go to FEED THE HEROES (www.feedtheheroes.com) and the Defence Forces Benevolent Fund.
