The Lyndhurst Primary School Read-A-Thon
Please show your support for our children's education by sponsoring them in our
Read-A-Thon starting on World Book Day, 4th March until the 25th March 2021.
By sponsoring them you will not only provide much-needed funds for the school, but are encouraging them to read more. It’s been proven that children who read for pleasure are more likely to be successful and happy throughout their lives (OECD)
If you'd like to mention the child you are sponsoring when you donate, please use their first name only.
The students can read whatever they like from travel guides, recipes, jokes, short stories, poems, books and audio books and will have 3 weeks to tick off as many reading challenges as they possibly can. There will be some fun activities along the way also!
Friends of Lyndhurst is the school association for Lyndhurst Primary School, which includes our dedicated Dyslexia Centre.
