Hi, my name is Laura and I’m fundraising to help my dear friend Michele Pinette Mainz and family.
After buying a house 4years ago, with a monetary gift from her mother, ( she too would live in the house) she is now homeless. For reasons unknown her mother moved out and started a lawsuit for her gift money back. No fault of their own Michele and her husband missed a court hearing. Even their lawyer was not notified. Since they didn’t appear, the judge awarded her greedy mother, everything she asked for.
The gift money, the house to be sold and 1/3 of the profit as well as all of Joannes legal expenses. Their lawyer is working on a new court appearance but unfortunately they have been evicted from their home with their 2 daughters and the clothes on their backs. A real estate agent hired by Joanne is already showing their house!
- they have been ordered to remove all their remaining possessions. With nowhere to go and most likely going to need storage for their a time. They could really use our help!
