The Majewski Family

Hey my name is Tom Majewski, I'm trying to raise some funds to help get the ball rolling on a bunch of home repairs. My father just passed away suddenly on December 15th, my mother had a stroke about a year and a half ago. It is their home and I truly hope to help my mom live out the rest of her days here where she's most comfortable. There is a lot of work to be done to get back to the home they had built for me growing up. My parents tried for years through health issues without asking for much help especially financially. Some of these issues have been let go longer than they should because of it, especially the foundation crack (trying to avoid flooding, anyone breathing in mold that could lead to health issues, or any further damage) or the half of the tree that fell within days of my father's death with the other half seemingly waiting to fall next. We've reached a point where I'd like to try to speed up the process before God forbid something happens to my Mom.

Some of the things I'm trying to repair include;

-a fallen tree/the rest of the dead tree that needs to come down

-plumbing issues with clogged pipes, a broken bathroom sink and some work to get the second shower up and running and make sure the primary shower is fixed up/caulked

-driveway stones to make it easier for people to pull up the driveway that becomes a river with any rain, especially god forbid, in case of emergency.

-front porch step repair

-a foundation crack in the basement

-basic home repairs throughout the house; painting, flooring and other DIY things that need fixing

-a new/used central AC unit

As you can see the list is long and that's just off the top of my head. I'm writing this post the heat has actually been out for 3 days and I am hoping to get that repaired soon.

As well as repairs the only other thing I want to do is get a new bed for my mother and a simple living room set up where she can comfortably come out and spend the day and get out of her depression.

Any help is beyond greatly appreciated, the goal here is just to jumpstart the process of getting all of this done while also having to clean up the house figure out mom's health and mourn the loss of my father. Only wish I had done this sooner after my mother's stroke like the original plan a year ago so he could've been here to enjoy it as well, but no more living in the past it's time to move into the future.
