The Mark Van Straten Family

Hello, I am the daughter of Mark Van Straten. My dad passed away unexpectedly on April 1, 2022. Leaving behind my mom, myself, my brother Jake, and his beautiful grandkids. My dad served in the Army when he was young and was therefore covered by the department of Veteran's Affairs. But the department doesn't cover all needs for his cremation and other expenses needed for my Mom. I am starting this page to raise money so my mom is not alone in doing all of this.

My dad was the most selfless, caring, giving, loving person I knew. He was always there with advice and a kind word. He was the shield, and protector of our family. And would give you the shirt off of his back.

I am so thankful for all of the kind words and support we have gotten from family and loved ones it is so needed right now. The money received will be finding his cremation and other medical bills. Thank you all!
