Help the Masters robotics team get to Worlds
Donation protected
This is Team 8641 - The Masters, a FIRST Tech Challenge robotics team based in Pleasant Grove, Utah. As mentors and coaches, we are so proud of these kids! Most of the kids have been on this team since elementary school, and now they are in High School. We are a neighborhood team, not associated with a school or other entity. Our team has worked long and hard to become a team worthy to compete on the World stage and they have succeeded. This will be the second year they have earned a ticket. I have never seen a group of young people work harder than I have seen this group work together. Going to the World Championships (held in Houston, Texas) is a great opportunity for them to show off their talents and skills. It is so important to validate and recognize the hard work that goes into STEM fields like robotics. These kids need to know that what they do is as important and valid as any other sport. But travel to the World Championships is expensive! We are seeking donations to help fund their trip. If you’d like to help out a group of remarkable high school students, please consider donating! If you know people who love to see teenagers accomplishing awe-inspiring things, please share! If 1000 people see this and donate $10 each we will have our goal. Thank you so much!
