The Mayor of Elm St, Beloved, Theo Carthans

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

A "Go Fund Me" account has been created to benefit our beloved Mayor of Elm Street, Mr. Theophilus Carthans. Mr. Theo will be unable to work or to fulfill his duties as Mayor, for an extended period of time, due to family obligations/needs. Undoubtedly, this will cause a financial hardship for Mr. Theo.

For those residents of Elm Street and beyond, who depend on our Mayor for treats for our dogs, assistance with packages or parking, the dispensing of wisdom and well wishes, and the joy that comes to each of us from receiving that amazing smile and greeting with each time we converse with Mr. Theo, if you feel compelled to donate to this "Go Fund Me", our Mayor, Mr. Theo, will sincerely appreciate your kindness.
