The McVicker Family

Please join the South Whatcom Firefighters Association in supporting the McVicker family as they start an incredibly difficult journey with cancer. Recently, Lauren McVicker, wife of South Whatcom Fire Authority firefighter Cameron McVicker, was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. In addition to the obvious challenges created by a global pandemic, Lauren is currently 28 weeks pregnant with their second child, further complicating treatment plans.

Seeing as the Association is unable to hold our semi-annual pancake fee fundraiser due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are asking for your financial support for our fire family in need. 100% of funds raised will go straight to the McVicker family to help with the financial burden of treatment and related loss of work.
