From a Big Dream comes The Mini Chameleon
The Mini Chameleon is here to serve its Cow Hollow neighbors the very best in locally-sourced treats.
After a childhood spent in my parent’s Chinatown Hardware store—the Ti Sun Company—and twenty years as a worker-owner of Other Avenues Grocery Cooperative in the Outer Sunset, I’m pleased to announce the grand opening of my own small store, The Mini Chameleon.
With my many years of experience in working with small local vendors in a neighborhood concern the lead produce and bread/pastry buyer, I’ll be bringing fresh meals, snacks, baked goods, and sundries to the Union Street Corridor. Like its namesake, The Mini Chameleon will shift its offerings seasonally
and with the holidays. You may find dry-farmed early girl tomatoes in Summertime, flowers for Mother’s Day, pies for Thanksgiving, or vegan, gluten-free “cheese” cakes year round. It’s been my dream for many years to operate my own small business, and I’m proud to call 1994 Union Street my
new home.
Want to make sure The Mini Chameleon can offer its customers the freshest and best in local goodies? I’m crowdfunding $8000 to cover the startup costs of a refrigeration unit, display cases, and POS system. I thank you in advance for your support, and look forward to welcoming you here.
