Mourning The Loss Of A Mother And A Son

Hello everyone my name Timeka and I’m coming to you as a mourning mother and daughter.

I lost my son due to a gun violence. The pain I felt in my heart when I received that phone call is unspeakable.

My son was a loving gentleman, hard working carpenter and momma’s boy that would give anyone the shirt off his back if they needed it.

He was so overprotective of his sisters and mother and now I understand why.

 

 

Tragically two days after the news about my son my mother passed away. My mom always took her duties as mother and grandmother seriously . She never hesitated to step in when she was needed. The beautiful blessings about her was you never had to ask for anything, she always knew. The pain of losing my mother at a time like this is similar to losing a piece of myself.

 

 

Due to both unexpected tragedy’s happening so close together is an unbelievable situation to be in. How can anyone prepare for a time like this? I didn’t think it would be this hard. Recently it just sunk in while making the arrangements that I cannot do this alone.

I’m asking for a helping hand with any sympathy or assistance that can be provided.
