The Molnar Family Fire Fund

Many of you may know Melissa, Jeff, or any of their 4 children.  If you do, then you know just how kind-hearted Melissa is. She has helped many people in the community by putting together fundraisers, meal trains, helping wrap gifts at Christmas time, and most recently, helping plan a surprise reunion for a young girl and her military father who had been deployed for the last year. Now it is our turn to pay it forward and help them out in their time of need!
     On the morning of January 20, there was a fire in their boiler/laundry room. Everyone got out of the house safely, but by the time it was said & done, soot and the smell of smoke traveled up to the second floor of the house. Unfortunately, to make matters worse, there was an issue with the insurance and they are only covering structural damage, not any of the lost contents. According to the insurance company, it would be safest to throw out all of their beds and couches due to the smoke damage and soot. They also need to get rid of any food in plastic or cardboard packaging and all plastic containers. They need to replace everything at their own expense!
