The Murray-Perry Liver Transplant Fund

Our medical journey began in 2017 when Chris was diagnosed with liver disease. We have been through a lot since then and the fight for life has gotten harder and harder. Now, we are facing Decompensated Liver Failure which is terminal and the only treatment left for Chris is a full liver transplant. After being denied transplant at sixteen transplant centers, The Mayo Clinic is our last hope. Chris has been approved and listed for a transplant. Due to his health status and placement on the liver transplant list, we were asked by our Transplant Team to remain in Rochester, Minnesota. Our daily expenses and living expenses have more than doubled since Chris’ transplant listing. We have to stay in Minnesota until the transplant and at least six weeks after for post-care. Our friends and family have asked how to help and the easiest and most useful is funds for living and medical expenses. Luckily Chris has health insurance but the transplant process can cost in excess of three million dollars. Any size donation is so appreciated and we are grateful for your support.
