The Nathaniel and Louisa Guadeloupe Foundation

Tax deductible
Greetings!!

We have established this campaign to raise $5,000 for our non-profit organization, the Nathaniel and Louisa Guadeloupe Foundation Inc.

To honor our ancestors' heritage and continue their work, the NLG foundation is committed to giving back to the African diaspora community. Our community's intellectual, social, and cultural development is a priority, and we are dedicated to fostering its growth in these areas.

My grandfather, Nathaniel Guadeloupe, traveled and worked in Trinidad, Aruba, and England during his life to support his family. In 1968, he took his family and moved to the United States, where he established a new life and taught them the importance of working diligently and devoting themselves to a goal.

My grandmother, Louisa Guadeloupe, provided nursing assistance to a significant number of patients in both England and New York City. Her enthusiasm for caring for others showed through the patients she treated and her family. Throughout her life, she emphasized how important it is to spend time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.

Although it's been more than 20 years since my grandfather passed away, my grandma is still with us today. With ten children, many grandchildren, and even more great-grandchildren, she is the pillar of our family.

Mr. Yusuf George formerly maintained a scholarship in the name of Nathaniel Guadeloupe in conjunction with St. Augustine's Episcopal Church, which we now administer. The board decided that it was necessary to broaden the scope of the scholarship to offer financial assistance and other programs. As the primary pursuits of our foundation, we are committed to supporting the following initiatives:

Education Programs
  • Sponsoring students' international travel
  • Developing STEAM programs
  • Sign language classes

Cultural Programs
  • Sponsored paint night
  • Gardening, farmers market
  • Cooking classes

Financial Related Services
  • Tax prep
  • How to fill out a w-2 form

Health Programs
  • Nutrition
  • Exercising
  • Health screenings
  • Mental Health Day (therapy, yoga, meditation, counseling, diet)

Other activities, such as expanding the scholarship program in collaboration with other organizations, are also on our agenda. To fund all of these, however, we need your kind contribution.

Please make a generous donation to assist us in continuing to serve our community. No matter how big or small, your assistance is greatly appreciated. If you need more information, please don't hesitate to contact us at: https://nandlfoundation.godaddysites.com

Thank you in advance for your valuable time and generous consideration. May God bless you in return for any form of aid!
