The National Tremor Foundation
I am taking part in the Kiltwalk (Big Stroll) on the 28th of April this year. I will be walking 14.2 miles to raise money for the National Tremor Foundation.
This charity is important to me because my Papa suffered from a tremor for around 15 years. Towards the end of his life, his tremor cause many problems. He had difficulty with simple tasks such as cutting food, lifting up drinks and writing. Many people of all ages suffer from tremors and donating money to this cause could help them very much.
My Papa was one of my favourite people in the world. He accomplished many things throughout his life and faced many challenges that never stopped him from living life to the fullest. He particularly liked walking and climbing, so fundraising for the NTF by participating in a walk seems like the right choice!
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
